Greetings! I'm Amie Fisher, a certified life coach and master encourager with a passion for unlocking human potential and inspiring growth.
Figuring Out My Stuff -- My path
Being married for 26 years, with 17 of those years as a military spouse and both a SAHM and a Homeschool mom, I've embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery.
Reflection on my career choices left me wondering why they didn't always align with my passions. I also encountered moments when I felt a sense of disconnect in various groups, or couldn’t feel like I had my "stuff" figured out.
These experiences led me to explore the reasons behind these feelings and embrace my unique personality traits that made me a relatable and empathetic individual.
Where I am NOW!
After guiding my own three remarkable teenagers through their unique paths, to include a daughter who embarked on her own extraordinary journey in the Coast Guard at 17. My role as a dedicated mom has taught me the value of fostering resilience and preparing young minds for the future.
Supporting other teenagers and young adults as they navigate their transition into adulthood, be it college, military service, or entering the workforce, has inspired me to extend my coaching expertise to help young adults embark on their transformative journey with confidence and purpose.
My Experience
With a background in personality studies, facilitation, and leadership, I have since specialized in personal and professional development coaching. My focus lies in Emotional Intelligence, Personal Growth, Career advancement, and Fostering Effective Communication in Relationships and the Workplace.
Embracing the rigorous Army life alongside my husband, I was able to support his service in several prestigious organizations such as the 10th Mountain Division, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), and the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
I gained invaluable experience through the support of these warrior units through the privilege of leading Family Readiness Groups, speaking at Army Strong Bond Retreats, and mentoring military wives and adolescents during challenging combat deployments.
Finally, I know the importance of Volunteering and the benefits it can bring to our lives. Logging over 90,000 hours over the past two decades, it became the foundation where I honed my emotional intelligence skills, helping others feel empowered to embrace their own authenticity.
Through one-on-one coaching, group classes, thought-provoking workshops, and insightful webinars, I guide individuals and organizations towards peak performance. My laid-back yet dynamic coaching style, grounded in the power of a growth mindset, empowers my clients to build confidence, master their mindset, and achieve their full potential.
Whether you're a young adult preparing for life beyond high school, a seasoned professional seeking to enhance your leadership abilities, a business owner looking for some extra training for staff customer service skills, or an SFRG leader looking for a speaker, I tailor my coaching to address your unique needs and aspirations.
When my passion for your personal development and professional success meets your ambition and unrealized potential, every area of your life will change for the better.
Let's take this important step together towards unlocking your true potential and charting a course for success. I look forward to connecting and partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations on this empowering adventure.
