I have led Family Readiness Groups, served on various leadership teams, spoken at Army Strong Bond Retreats and other events, and mentored military wives and military adolescents through 23 months of combat deployments and countless family separations as a military spouse. This has led to coaching military men, women, families in anything from goal setting, leadership, family dynamics, and personality studies. I’ve even consulted military owned businesses to help find ways to cut costs, maximize production, and increase revenue. Working in these areas and with all ages from retired service members down to new recruits so long, I have recently leaned into the younger tweens and teens, or Gen Z. Raising resilient kids and helping them prepare for their futures whether it is college, military or straight into the workplace, has become a major topic in my circles.
Other clients I have worked with are business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate agents, health care providers, teachers, families, college students, singer/songwriters, and more. I lead workshops on topics including: Stress Mgt in the workplace, Self Awareness & Personality studies, Soft Skills Training, Mgt Team Building, Mulit generations in the workplace, and more. I would love to put together a customized package for you.
I do not limit myself to a specific area with gender or age because I really do work well with anyone. If you don't mind my style of coaching - which is a straight forward, no games, honest and encouraging - and you are willing to put in the effort for your own growth, then I am in.
The idea started after I was asked to lead a webinar that was specifically for Gen Z, and I really enjoy working with young adults. But working with multi generational work environments, seeing how that is affecting my own Gen X and millennial friends in relating to each other has prompted me to create packages based on each generation. Not to be too general but there are unique traits to each in how they each process information, view the world through their own lens and in turn filter that into how they do life. My style of coaching is a laid back approach but all about growth; I feel that we can be more effective the more we know. We can always be learning and growing. Currently I have been asked to offer another a class for Teens and Young Adults on Life Skills. Helping young adults prepare for their future is a passion of mine and fits my style of coaching. I am really looking forward to this one and plan to offer more in the future. I also created and teach a Confidence Course for Tweens and Teens.
