1:1 Coaching Session
This is a one on one session either in person or virtual. It is about an hour long. A 3 month commitment or at least 6 sessions is preferred just so we know we are in it to get results which don't come overnight.
Coaching Package
A 3 month coaching package deal with 6 full sessions with resources & support in between sessions.
- 6 x 60 minute individual sessions
- 1 x 60 minute session with family/loved ones to assist w/your transition or family dynamics
- Email support in between
- Bonus - 15 minute in person session, video chat or call for emergencies
This a great time to dive into family dynamics, career goals, and/or exploring personality types.
Group Coaching or Event
Customize a Group Coaching, Team Building, or just a Group of Friends for an in person or virtual event. The price will depend on topic, time, and number of attendees. I can tell you after doing a personality study with small groups before, we have seen families transformed, working environments improved, and our own parenting and relationships changed for the better.
